Paul started his working life at a local retailer, and from there grew into the IT industry - firstly through e-commerce. Since then, Paul has had a successful IT career spanning nearly two decades, mostly as a DevOps leader in the Financial Services industry. Technically, Paul retains his hands-on experience in the latest open-source technologies and tools with a particular focus on continuous delivery automation (DevOps) tooling and Infrastructure provisioning and scaling technologies. Throughout his career, Paul has become an accomplished communicator with the ability to present at all levels and explain technical problems appropriately for the target audience. Paul prides himself on being innovative and reliable with an open and honest approach. He is extremely dedicated to getting the job done, loves diversity, and relishes a challenge.
