I'm a digitally native leader with over 20 years of international work experience across multiple customer segments — in product, consulting, and digital leadership roles. Throughout my career, I've been laser focused on serving customers with a better experience, whilst balancing both vision and commercial value. Working in both multi-national organisations and small start-ups, I've built and led cross-functional teams across different countries and cultures, implemented large-scale digital transformation change programmes, and delivered award winning digital products and propositions. I enjoy connecting with both customers and colleagues — collaborating, building strong relationships and understanding their needs is part of my personal DNA — and I love to challenge traditional ways of thinking to deliver outcome-driven solutions that solve real problems and which drive both value and commercial returns.
