I am AMS's Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with global responsibility for overseeing our DE&I strategy. Our core focus is to create an environment where our colleagues, irrespective of their difference can be successful in our inclusive culture. Before joining AMS, I worked in a number of senior resourcing roles, across different sectors, both in-house and in agency. I worked in executive search for Ernst & Young before moving to Barclays Bank plc where I headed up recruitment for the Retail Bank. I was then very lucky to be involved in helping to deliver the London 2012 Games where I headed up recruitment for the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games & Paralympic Games
