We propose a uniq IIoT platform with ready-to-use industrial solution for optimizing production quality, reducing waste and energy consumption. I'm in charge of the strategy, market fit and roadmap long term directions. I have been 17 years in Michelin IT department moving from development department and particularly Supply Chain domain, Infrastructure, Method&Tools and Innovation where I defined company strategy in my domain of expertise. Learning from market and business project to optimize solutions and costs, piloting transversal project and leading teams. I concluded my Michelin experience being Michelin DDI CTO, an IoT product solution for getting better drivers, better car and improve road safety. An innovative solution around creating value and preparing future mobility with mobility data. Between 2014 and 2016 I was part of Michelin incubator I helped teammate on digital directions, analyze ideas, build business model, make prototype and market tests to create new business for Michelin. I initiated 4 business ideas validated by the group in travel, IoT and service areas and actually 2 of them are running live. From 2008 to 2014, I mostly participate to creation a the new group data center, the build of a highly secured infrastructure environment for sensitive applications, the design of a high availability worldwide ERP based on eBusiness Suite. My role is to design reliable solutions, optimizing costs, looking for new hardware solutions, investigating on innovative solutions, learn on market trends and projects needs. I've a lot of direct interaction with a lot of the IT leader as IBM, Oracle, VmWare, JDA, Gartner ... I'm also representing Michelin company in my engineer school ISIMA to to improve our relationship and help talented hiring for the IT department where we are offering internship, CDI and ''alternance''.
