I'm a self-motivated, energetic, positive, enthusiastic and multi-disciplined leader. I run the Delivery organisation at Linguamatics, an IQVIA company. Previous experience working as an enabling role within leadership teams, as well as leading large, complex and distributed software delivery programs and projects. Equally comfortable coaching software delivery teams to implement agile methodologies and ways of working to deliver Products in a predictable and sustainable manner. I've run small and large teams, have experience with software development, testing and delivery, line management, business change, business operations, compliance, sales and commercial operations and defining & delivering on strategy.
