I’m a problem-solver and team-builder. I've a broad technology background in Datacenter / Critical Facilities, Infrastructure and Satellite Communications. Innovative, I find ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability by wearing multiple hats, rolling up my sleeves and getting it done. I don’t believe that it’s “not my job”. I think global and strategic; implement the tactical – and manage the short-term pain, long-term gain. Envision the future; share it, and make it happen. Then reward your team for helping you get it done. * Strategic thinker - built 5-year strategic plan for a previous employer, and received their highest award for my contribution. The glassware sits on my desk…. * I’m a problem-solver and team-builder (yes, I repeated it. Gobbledygook a specialty. * Operational (Tier-3+ and Tier-4 Datacenters) background, including high-availability, high-revenue ($43 Billion) environments. Don’t even think about an outage. * Experience with budgeting, managing and delivering large projects on-time, in scope and within budget - and zero downtime * International experience - can work multi-culturally and multi-lingually; Latin America, Caribbean & Europe as well as the Middle East. * Adept in Service and Support environments - from both sides of the fence as customer/vendor - Field Service Organizations - Service Contract negotiations, RFP’s etc. - Help Desk...built from scratch * Entrepreneurial spirit - have owned my own business. * Real-life Experience with Disaster Planning and Business Continuity.
