I joined Hymans Robertson in 2005 and specialise in advising large corporate clients on a wide range of issues relating to benefits strategy and design. In particular, I am responsible for designing and communicating engaging benefit programmes including DC pension and workplace savings, flex, total reward, share plans and supporting high net wealth individuals for FTSE 350 organisations. I led the establishment of our Guided Outcomes proposition in 2013 and work closely with large DC clients to transform member outcomes through GO. Through Guided Outcomes, I consult with major UK employers to solve their scheme member retirement issues. I am passionate about pioneering developments in workplace savings and financial education programmes to enable the generations of employees without defined benefit pensions to save effectively for their varying needs through their working lifecycle.
