I'm an expert at HR transformation and have a knack for using HRIS to optimize talent management processes. I'm a change agent at heart, and I operate with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Reducing Mohawk's time to fill for hourly positions from 35 days to 11 days
- Implementing Taleo applicant tracking system enterprise wide at Piedmont Healthcare in 7 weeks
