I am a co-founder of Ethica Ltd, internationally awarded business development consultancy specialized in circular economy. We are doing something that truly matters and inspires - we help companies to move to the next economy by finding new business opportunities from circular economy and sustainable business practices. Ethica stands for better business - for us all. I am especially excited about building successful circular business eco-systems, that maximize the value creation of the entire value network. When we combine circular economy with genuine shared value creation, we are on our way towards the whole new 21st century business logic! Collaborative design thinking is at the heart of Ethica Design for Circularity approach. How can products and services be designed so that the whole closed loop value chain works in a sustainable way: environmentally, socially and economically? My biggest strengths and special areas of expertise are strategic and conceptual thinking combined with pragmatic hands on attitude. I also have 10+ years program management expertise of leading demanding global cross-disciplinary projects. I am good at inspiring others to work for the common goals. I am especially interested in circular design and R&D, as well as purpose driven society and organizations.
