Bringing a decade of HR and recruitment experience, I enjoy managing relationships with business to meet their hiring needs. I have a proven track record at connecting organizations with their ideal employees by forging relationships across business lines and among individuals. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I was responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring candidates in the competitive software industry. I also served as a part time faculty member at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo teaching career readiness for the College of Business focusing on career development and preparation. I am dedicated to creating a strong and diverse work and learning environment and have a specific expertise in recruiting women in STEM fields. I have been featured as an expert source for a variety of publications including Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global Magazine, Recruiter Today and the Hiring Guild Podcast.
