I pride myself on bringing excellence and chasing after the extraordinary. My calm, collected approach and sense of humour have helped me establish successful working relationships with leaders at all levels and in several different industries. In a relatively short period of time, I have made a positive impact in the DEI space. Like many people, I know what it feels like to be excluded and use my experiences to drive my passion for creating a culture of inclusion and belonging wherever I go - virtually or in person. I am not afraid of having uncomfortable conversations if I believe they will help change mindsets and build a space where everyone feels they can use their voice. I am especially interested in the topic of Generational Diversity and exploring how organisations can ensure a culture of belonging for all - irrespective of the decade they were born.
