Bio

Pavel Ezekiev is a serial entrepreneur, and the Managing Partner at Neo Ventures, an open-ended fund backing early stage entrepreneurs globally.

He is also a co-founder of NEVEQ I and II, institutional venture capital funds backed by sovereign investors and family offices.

Pavel backed over 30 companies, exited 15 successfully, and still counting. Prior to starting his own venture, Pavel managed Deutsche Bank in Bulgaria after working as an M&A investment banker at the Deutsche Bank London office for most of his early career.

He graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston majoring in finance. Pavel speaks Spanish, French, Bulgarian, and English. He enjoys downhill, off-piste skiing, and kitesurfing, and filmmaking.
