For the last 25 years, I have been continuously active in the real estate sector—both domestic and international. I gained experience with Segro Poland, where I was Head of Development for the CEE region. Previously, I worked for international leaders in the engineering industry, such as Ove Arup & Partners and Washington Group. Currently, as Regional Head Central Europe at Prologis, I am responsible for the company’s entire portfolio in Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Together with my team, I manage properties with a combined total area of 4.6m sqm, worth 4.1bn EUR. Over the last dozen or so years, together with the teams I have had the pleasure to cooperate with, I have provided over 2.5m sqm of modern logistics facilities for the CE market. In my professional life, I prioritize straightforwardness, quality, and progress. I truly believe that transparency and access to accurate and credible information are key to making business decisions. This is particularly true in the commercial real estate market, where investors are allocating ever more capital. I strongly advocate quality over quantity, because only integrity and a responsible approach to business can bring long-term benefits. I consider increased rent rates to be a foundation for further development of the Polish market and the only opportunity to reach the level of Western European markets.
