You are a process licensor, technology provider or engineering/construction company; I can help you meet your customer's needs with tough, demanding projects like: o Engineer and build new modern, efficient, oil and gas processing plants o Revamp outdated assets and upgrade them with top technologies o De-bottleneck process plants to maximize barrels of oil and cubic feet of gas throughput o Improve reliability performance to shrink profit loss from unplanned downtime o Comply with mandated safety, pollution control and environmental regulations As a senior process engineer formerly with a major refining oil company and E&C’s; I have conducted process design and project development from small to large scopes; starting from conceptual FEED/FEL studies to those carried out through detail engineering and construction. Experience and strengths: o Grassroots and unit revamps/modifications designed to improve capacity/reliability. o Design of gas treating, hydrotreating and sulfur removal processes (ARU, SWS, SRU, HDS). o Process design and project development: • PFD’s, P&ID’s, MFD’s, MOC’s, Hydraulics. • Technology Selection, Design Basis, Project Economics • Process Simulations • Equipment/Instrument size/rate specifications • Hazard Reviews, HazOp, Relief Systems o Proficient Excel user for programing engineering calculations. o Transferable skills to suit roles as project and technical services engineer. o Assist in unit inspections, troubleshoot and start-ups. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in French useful for Latin-America or Latin-Europe projects..
