Bio

I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity of doing many different things throughout my life and I am still eager to face new challenges. I have been a lawyer, an university teacher and a member of Government. I have been active in bringing to fruition new ventures and have participated in relevant reforms in Portugal and the European Union. I am now back to the legal practice, as a partner at PLMJ, a leading firm in Portugal. I am delighted to be working with like minded colleagues who are committed to deliver excellent legal services to our clients. I continue to reflect on the world at large and I frequently comment on the economy and on international topics. I am eager to make the most to ensure that the current geopolitical changes and the fight against climate change are an opportunity to improve the quality of life in Portugal and the European Union.
