We aim to support healthcare community resilience and flexibility, enhance clinician well-being and fulfillment, and impact quality. The impact of adversity, conflicts and stressors on our well-being, and how we go about more effectively communicating and resolving conflicts, has been at the core of my work over several decades in the seemingly divergent fields of integrative health self-care education (in a medical setting), and as an attorney/mediator. These experiences fueled my passion to cofound StressPal® with James Monroe, PhD (Clinical Psychology). At StressPal, we are pleased to announce the release of ''StressPal Frontline: Essential Resilience Self-Care and Burnout Prevention''. Clinician-led and designed for organizations as a customized in-house training tool with dedicated peer-to-peer community, white-label features and low cost. Clinicians earn CME, CNE, APA and IPCE credits. Hospitals, healthcare systems and related healthcare facilities face systemwide challenges that lead to clinician burnout, turnover and shortages, while struggling to address growing patient safety concerns. StressPal Frontline is private and secure online continuing medical education that provides training in essential resilience self-care, brought to life with animated storytelling. The program unifies leading intervention strategies in practical, focused learning for immediate application, in a video-rich program that's personalized by the learner.
