Pep is part of the leadership team at LEAP by McKinsey. Supporting clients in new business building and supporting fast growing startups scale faster. He was the co-founder of Heywood & Sons the first European Corporate Venture Builder and been part of the EU startup ecosystem for over 20 years Pep has co-founded and managed several successful start-ups, with a focus on online products and services. His work has been recognised with several international awards as well as extensive press coverage. He was in the team launching and building Dotmobile a UK mobile operator. It grew from a small team to 150 people in three years and was acquired by Vodafone. He also launched digital music product Reactable with partners such as Björk and Coldplay. Together with Henrik Ljung he created Corporate venture Builder Heywood & Sons launching ventures with Danone, Suez, BBVA, VISA, etc. He is a frequent speech giver and has a world spanning network of entrepreneurs and technologists. Pep holds a Master in Computer Engineering from UPF and an MBA from IESE a leading European Business School.
