Passionate about people, helping others to be at their best, and forge strong teams. Specialisations: people management, operations, risk management in financial institutions, data and analytics, big data and investment management, etc. Selected achievements: • build new and successful teams in model review, data and analytics, risk consulting, and asset management (KBC and HSBC); • helped to create a new asset manager in Dublin to accommodate 36Bln EUR assets in more than thousand investment funds; • successful COO, CFO, CTO and CIO (oversaw directly 24 BLN EUR in structured investments, hedge funds and CPPI funds); • merged 4 companies into one and subsequently was CEO at the new entity, KBC TFI S.A. (Poland); • grew market share of that company by 35% (2005–2009), while the company climbed from number 11 to number 5 in the national ranking; • defended a doctorate in finance, wealth and risk management after two Master degrees (Theoretical Physics and Applied Economics); • Lecturer the University of Warsaw, Jagiellonian University, Economic University of Krakow, and AGH University of Science and Technology; subjects are data science and programming, team-building, bias, innovation, asset management, etc. (at MBA programs and the applied mathematics faculties).
