I am so proud to be co-founding OutcomesX which is the first marketplace to buy and sell, standardized and verified social outcomes. Watch this space as we grow! I joined OutcomesX from UBS where I had the pleasure of working for 11 years, as CEO of UBS Optimus Foundation and also as Global Head of Social Impact. Along with a stellar team, we embedded social impact and social finance as a cornerstone of the business, growing the foundation more than 200x. We implemented some of the first innovations in social finance such as the the first Development Impact Bond (DIB) in education and the first Social Success Note. Prior to joining UBS, I was a senior executive and board member of the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) and worked in management consulting and the public sector (New York City Representative for New York State Governor Mario Cuomo). I also serve as the Board Chair of Educate Girls US, Board Member of the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), UBS Optimus Foundation UK, an advisory board member to the Education Outcomes Fund for Africa and the Middle East, and a member of the Council of Foreign Relations. I hold a master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
