Open to challenges of General Management / Business development, more specifically in areas related to the environment and energy transition. General Management - French & international subsidiaries. Monitoring of operations and development. - Team management up to 500 people. Commercial / Business development and launch of new activities / companies - Set-up of commercial action plans and sales objectives. - Monitoring of sales efficiency. - Ability to create commercial relations: feasibility study, establishment of JV, opening of branches, innovation management, launch of new products. Finance, controlling and internal audit: - Set-up and monitoring of cost savings programs and WCR reduction plans. - Budgets, reportings, management cycle. - Internal control assessment: inventories, sales management, human resources, pay, treasury… - Information system rollout. - Acquisitions and disposals of companies.
