I think that environmental and social issues can only be solved if they are taken into account at the beginning of a project's process, and with a continual improvement. My carrers' goals lie on the resolution of these issues by the issue analysis process, the solution seeking, the stakeholders consultation and the continual improvement of the actions that have been put in place.
