Pilar Sánchez-Bleda has become Partner for the Legal Advisory area of the multinational company AUREN in September of 2014. In January 2008 she founded Legal & Media Advisers, following a successful legal career, having always focused on providing advice to companies the media and entertainment industries. Pilar has a degree in Law from Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, as well as a Masters in European Law. She wrote her doctoral thesis at the European Institute of Florence on the legal framework surrounding the telecommunications, media and entertainment sectors in the Europan Community and in Spain, analyzing media policies, data protection and internet. She has written several books on Spanish media legislation and lectures in some of the leading universities and business schools. She was selected among the top 400 lawyers in Spain by one of Spain’s main legal publications. After being granted a scholarship from the Rafael del Pino Foundation, she completed the Women and Leadership Masters Degree at Aliter Business School. Pilar is a member of ASEME (Madrid Association of Women Entrepreneurs) and of CIMA (Spanish Association of Women in Film and Media).
