Bio

Helping companies to grow&develop new business avenues has been my passion over the past decade. Alongside this, I've been creating successful and long-lasting partnerships in all the roles I have held. While working in different organizations in private, public and third sector in three continents (Latin-America, Europe, Asia) has helped me to re-invent numerous business models. I'm a strong believer of great leadership, especially after having led multicultural teams with tangible results on both sides of the Atlantic ocean. I love Estonian design and that's why I created www.designtours.ee. There's tons of creative power in Estonia!
