I am a creative and strategic business manager with an out-of-the-box bent of mind & specialize in Industry 4.0, product management, business integration, channel management, strategic marketing, P&L and Digital transformation. I have always been a firm believer in disruption by innovation & digitization. With operational experience in my past and current roles in the industry and genuinely partnering with my leaders to help them think differently while coaching the talent, I work with to attain the unattainable is what motivates me. Currently, I am leading a global business function, & am responsible for managing a pool of high performers spread across the world and lead the Industrial automation & Digitization business for my organization.
