Technology and Organization Transformation Leader with 22+ years of global experience in IT software delivery and operations across the domains of finance, government, taxation and trade. During my corporate career, I have been associated with UK’s tax, payments and customs authority, HMRC for more than 14 years, displaying innovative, creditable, inspirational and cross-functional leadership. Worked on multi-million pound projects/programs affecting millions of users/employees and impacting multiple business units across geographies, led large global cross-functional teams, built and managed strategic alliances with vendors/partners, drove technical innovations, implemented process/system improvements and focused on cost optimization. Built organization/team capabilities and competencies, managed issues/escalations, handled multi-million pound budgets, improved operational efficiencies, managed client interactions/coordination, and ensured strategic contribution towards the achievement of business targets and goals. Throughout my career, I have always maintained a strong focus on personal and professional development through study. I have previously completed MBA in International Business and Finance and Bachelor’s in ICT. Currently, I am pursuing Project Professional Chartered Accreditation and have completed certifications in Project Delivery Leadership, Agile Foundation, Prince2 Foundation, TOGAF9 and Lean Practitioner amongst others
