With over 13 years of professional experience, I have core knowledge and skillset in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space, across the full spectrum. As an Equity & Fairness Consultant within the DE&I Strategy & Solutions team at Cisco Systems Inc., I provide subject matter expertise to integrate Cisco’s global DE&I strategy across the enterprise, and specialise in the areas of conscious culture, bias mitigation, ally ship, systems of inequity, and the impact of identity and inter group dynamics. Prior to Cisco, I have worked in several multinational organizations like Accenture and Infosys, in the DE&I and Human Resources space. I believe my background has provided a foundation for me to be a strong resource for strategic planning in diversity, equity & inclusion, and developing industry best practices for building inclusive organizations.
