I am a partner in White & Case's global Mergers and Acquisitions Group and co-lead the firm's FinTech practice. I represent both US and non-US fintech, banking, broker-dealer, exchange, insurance, asset management and specialty finance companies, as well as their directors, senior officers and investors, on transactional, enforcement and regulatory matters. I have especially deep experience in the digital asset / cryptocurrency and Web 3.0 industries.
