With 15 years of experience building high impact data science solutions for diverse verticals including finance, telecom, healthcare and gambling and having worked on variety of use cases including chatbot, recommendation systems, look alike models, micro segments, I evolved into the role of a digital strategist building data management platforms. Currently, I assist the businesses in building a digital transformation framework for systematically generating actionable insights from data. I have special interest in finding actionable patterns in unlabeled customer journeys through what-if simulation.
