Bio

Academic director of the IREBS Immobilienakademie since 2011. The IREBS Immobilienakademie has been offering certificate programmes for real estate professionals since 1990. More than 5.500 participants have been trained in project development, valuation, investment and finance and other real estate related programmes. IREBS also offers two real estate MBA programmes (one international and one in finance real estate). The MBA programmes are taught in English, the certificate programmes are taugth in German. IREBS immobilienakademie belongs to the University of Regensburg, where I hold a chair in real estate. My research focuses on real estate economics, finance and management topics.
