GOAL: To become one of the most professional, well respected and renowned people in the digital and tech industry, known for being fair, effective, efficient and knowledgeable. I love being British, and I want to make the UK the best place to work, and show how diverse teams are the future of a healthy work environment. To further my success and influence in a challenging and dynamic environment. Has to be forward thinking, has to be about digital advancement and has to be about people / customers. MY STYLE: I love learning, I love people and I love leading. Over time I now know more about what I am good at and what I need others to help me with. I respect people, treat them like I would like to be treated and encorage and support a healthy working and fun environment for me and my teams to work in. Because I have a positive and balaced outlook people achieve great things, and in the process I get to work with happy motivated and highly engaged people.
