I challenge the present to build a better future. Leading our people analytic operations, I leverage my background in coding, statistics, research and storytelling with data to bring insights to senior leadership on the most crucial 'moments that matter' throughout the employee lifecycle. Drawing from my strong technical background in R, Python, SQL and survey design I have published in prominent I/O psychology peer-reviewed journals and present primary research/best practices at academic and practitioner conferences. I am as passionate about coaching and teaching as I am about people analytics. Described as a humble servant leader, I have created our internal people analytics consulting team serving global stakeholders. As an adjunct professor, I have designed curriculum, teach undergraduate workplace psychology and serve as a mentor for undergraduate/graduate students at multiple universities. Known as a community builder, two non-OKR passion projects have lead to the creation of a 500+ member data/digitalization global community and a HR 'Story Telling with Data' learning network.
