Imagine an experience that moved you; an event, a speech, an experience in nature, or a song that created a reaction. In that moment, you felt compelled to take action, to reflect, or just be grateful.My passion is to create those experiences in a learning setting. As an instructional designer, a training manager, a facilitator, and a performance and process improvement consultant, my vision is to engage and motivate and to create meaningful change. I earned my Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, with additional coursework in Instructional Design Leadership. My research interests are to explore interactive and immersive learning environments and the impact they can have in comparison to typical organizational training experiences. My study will specifically look at the potential of an escape room game as an instructional tool.
