I’m an Air Force Veteran turned User Experience (UX) Architect specializing in research with about 10 years of industry experience in a variety of domains. I strive to ground solutions in real user data to help ensure the right problems are being solved and business and user requirements are understood. I love pairing qual and quant methodologies in order to gain rich insights that drive product strategy and success while preventing the creation of what I've termed as Ghost Products. Additionally, I'm an expert at identifying the appropriate research method(s) to employ at any point in the product lifecycle. And I have countless hours of experience conducting research using methodologies such as, but not limited to, semi-structured in depth user interview and contextual inquiry.
