Rachel Kent is a client relationship partner for HMG and leads the work for HM Treasury following Hogan Lovell's appointment as their main advisors on financial services. Rachel has been recognised as a leading individual in her field by industry commentators and legal directories for more than two decades. She is tenacious when it comes to defending her clients' interests, attracting widespread admiration as a formidable negotiator in commercial transactions. This mix has given Rachel the experience of the regulations applying to how institutions must be organised, how they sell their products and services, and how they contract with others.
