Bio

I'm responsible for managing the operations of the organisation including strategy implementation, organisational performance and ensuring the company meets its overall goals and objectives. I have worked primarily in the technology sector and also have experience in logistics, B2C, B2B & finance. My experience ranges from early stage startups to scale-ups and can align, lead, and grow cross functional teams. Being an early hire (or first hire) in a Ops team, I have experience on what tasks to take on first, how to make the biggest impact from the start and getting things done on a shoestring/nothing budget. I am another one who just 'fell in to take up a career in technology', and I really believe that technology is by far the most exciting and fast-paced industry to work in, and I am very grateful that I took a chance into it. But it needs more; diversity of all types can only have a positive impact on business. Passionate about sustainability!
