I am Partner at Quona Capital, a VC firm focused on fintech for inclusion in emerging markets. Right before the pandemic, I moved to Mexico City after a decade in the SF Bay Area. I invest in Latin American startups. I have more than 15 years of experience across venture capital, impact investing, private equity, and banking. I'm passionate about supporting entrepreneurs making a difference. Besides investing, I am also an executive coach and an active supporter of education nonprofits such as Laboratoria. Prior to Quona, I spent six years at Omidyar Network, where I invested in education, emerging technologies, and financial inclusion startups in LatAm and the US. I've also worked for Acumen Fund and Adobe Ventures (impact investment funds), MV Capital (leading subordinated debt fund manager in Europe), and UBS (investment bank) in London, Madrid, Mexico City, and New York City.
