I am an organized, results-driven, and accomplished Chief Executive Officer respected for 20+ years managing and growing several industry-leading SaaS companies through expert business development, superb communication, detailed strategizing, and contract acquisition. I have created efficient divisions and completely overhauled companies by working with other executives to develop a corporate vision and in-depth business strategies. Some of my selected highlights: ▪ Overhauled the internal workings of NEC to transform the near-bankrupt business unit into an industry-leading IDaaS company with several international connections and contracts through superb business development, strategic business expansion, and contract negotiation and acquisition. ▪ Oversaw the development and launch of an industry-first curb-to-gate biometric terminal for Delta Airlines, immediately increasing passenger processing operation efficiency and security. ▪ Designed and led the execution of a detailed capture strategy to obtain a five-year SaaS contract with Star Alliance, the world’s largest global alliance, and later developing and launching a biometric travel system. ▪ Created and led NEC’s Digital Platform Business Unit throughout the development, branding, and global launch of the NEC I:Delight™ platform, an intuitive and secure identity experience solution for clients.
