I build cross-functional teams to avoid groupthink and ensure that all possible issues are considered. Decisions are also centred around rigorous research and market analysis. Then it is about the enabling the team to deliver the objectives and to succeed. And then we start again so that we challenge ourselves to continuously improve. ▶️ MY EXPERTISE: For over a decade now, I have developed a track record of delivering results across the Emerging Markets, having been based in India and the Middle East. During this time, I helped to build out a new commercial real estate venture in India, and then turnaround the development portfolio of a MENA-focused developer.
