From 2011 to 2018 Rahul was a Principal in PwC's federal and commercial practices focused on technology and telecommunications, defense and homeland, capital projects, and infrastructure clients. Rahul's projects included leading global smart cities/sustainability, blockchain, GIS, telecom, safety and security, cyber, and large scale transformation/mobility and capital projects in the US, EU, Middle East, Central Asia, and Asia. From 2004 to 2011, Rahul was a Partner at PRTM where he lead the Homeland and National Security and Intelligence (Imagery, Infrastructure, GIS, and Signals) practices. He also supported PRTM's engagements in Telecom, Transportation/Automotive, Resilience/Risk, and support to not for profits. From 1989 and until 2004, Rahul provided policy and budget analysis, program guidance, and reported on programmatic status to the US Congress, Executive Agencies, and Commissions. Rahul held senior positions at the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO), Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), House Appropriations Committee, the Independent Commission on the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), and the Joint Intelligence Committee to review the events of 9/11.
