A seasoned renewable energy and infrastructure professional with 19 years of experience in providing leadership to leading renewable and infrastructure organizations. As Global CEO of ACME's Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Business developing and rapidly scaling up world's leading Green Hydrogen and Ammonia platform with several pathbreaking global firsts to its credit. Earlier have held several senior executive positions in the industry, including CEO of ACME Solar, one of the largest renewable energy companies in India, where I managed a portfolio of over 5 GW of renewable energy assets with a cumulative enterprise value of more than $3 billion. Have completed several M&A deals & project financing deals, totaling over $3 billion, and commissioning more than13 renewable and infrastructure projects with a total value over $ 450 mn. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS As present Global CEO of ACME's Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Business , managing, developing and scaling up Group's Green Hydrogen Platform with 5 global scale project under various stages of development in India, Oman, Egypt and US with a cumulative potential capacity of 4 mmtpa+ of Green Ammonia . Instrumental in securing world's first long term offtake contract for Green Ammonia and fast track implementation of the world's first commercial scale integrated Green Hydrogen/Ammonia facility in Oman Earlier as CEO at Acme Solar was responsible for managing an asset portfolio of 5 GW+ ( Operating + Under Construction +Under Development) with a cumulative enterprise value of greater than $ 5 bn. Completed more than 10 M&A transaction with Enterprise Value of ~ $ 2 bn+ in solar & wind segment with marquee players like Petronas, ACTIS, Brookfield, Scatec, IFU, United Nations, IDFC, Renew power etc and completed Project Financing cumulating to ~$ 1.5 bn for various financial institutions As founding Professional and Business Leader at Punj Lloyd Infrastructure Limited, build within a span of 6 years, a portfolio of 9 renewable / infrastructure assets aggregating to about ~ $ 400 mn Achieved Project Commissioning of 13 Projects in Renewable and Infrastructure segment with a total value of ~ Rs 3500 crs (~ $ 450 mn) ; out of this 8 Projects were commissioned ahead of time; Among the Youngest Professional Business Leaders in the India. COO at Acme Solar at the Age of 39, CEO at ACME Solar at age of 40 , Youngest President in any SREI Group Company at the age of 37.
