With 25+ years of experience as a leader in construction, I have been innovative & utilized technology to drive value creation through big-picture & futuristic thinking. I am well versed in technology-driven workflows to transform how building/construction is executed. As a business leader, I am well-versed in project & program management initiatives, as well as Model to Manufacture (BIM) efforts. Through public speaking & relationship building, I have consistently led transformative efforts while focusing on revenue growth. Key Achievements Include: ✅ Initiated a corporate shift to modularization by proactively creating and delivering the vision to the CEO to develop a modular division, resulting in acquiring the 1st purchase orders for both module design and module production ✅ Led team that standardized and streamlined the model to manufacturing processes using the Stratus platform to implement automatic workflows for manufacturing, resulting in process efficiencies and increased transparency ✅ Oversaw 400+ Estimators, Project Managers, and Designers to execute field operations, project management, preconstruction, virtual design, and construction, generating an annual revenue of $60M ✅ Thought leader chosen to be on PlanGrid’s Customer Advisory Board and to speak at their 1st conference in San Francisco; served as a member of the Texas Tech University College of Architecture Dean’s Circle; speaker at many other events, conferences, and podcasts ✅ Partnered with the United Way of Houston to create and launch a 12-week Tradeswomen Training Program to provide career opportunities for women in construction and increase diversity and inclusion within the industry, interviewing 75 women to hire and train 10 women on leadership development, trades, and financial management, resulting in 100% field deployment rate I would like to speak to like-minded professionals.
