I do have a passion for projects that ''lift'' people, which is why I believe I have been extremely blessed to be involved not only with game development but education for all ages. I thrive on the challenge of working on ambitious and innovative projects that inspire, empower, and even entertain. As such, I am mindful always to explore unique opportunities that will allow me to grow. Since April 2021, I have been on a new adventure working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on human capital development initiatives related to the video game industry ecosystem. This included the ''Game Changers Studio,'' (https://gamechangers.sa/en/Home), which successfully used an apprenticeship-based model to train game programmers, game artists, and game designers. As I work to start another cohort of apprentices, I have also started game development-related programs at the K-12 and continuing education levels, and I am now about to launch an accelerator program in partnership with NEOM for Saudi game companies. After a career that spans decades in different fields, my adventure continues, and I aim to make this one the best yet!
