Passionate SaaS revenue leader focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and building high performing and happy teams. I am in charge of all things customer at Pigment, the smoothest planning and forecasting platform we all need to make better decisions! I am responsible for leading our client-facing teams in order to deliver business value for organisations using our platform to ensure that our clients renew and expand their accounts. I am passionate about people, customer experience and delivering results. I take pride in my teams and their development. Customers and their success are also my priority, having successfully signed, launched, managed and renewed thousands of customers with high client satisfaction and adoption rates. I am proud to be a Trustee at Artbox London, an art studio and gallery supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to create, exhibit, sell and license their artwork to become independent. I am also heavily involved in diversity efforts within the Latin and Differently-abled communities. Prior to joining Pigment, I led Client Success, Scaled Solutions and Workplace for Good for Workplace from Facebook. I joined as the first full time hire globally and grew Workplace from $0 to $100M in annual revenue (7M subscribers), while consistently achieving the highest manager satisfaction ratings in the org. Before that, I worked at LinkedIn as a Customer Success Manager helping large enterprises in their Talent Transformation journey, and before that, I led Sales, Solutions and Implementation Consulting and Customer Success for Achievers in EMEA and Canada. Having lived in 6 countries, I hold three nationalities, I am multilingual, highly adaptable and love the challenge of building foundations and setting up scalable processes.
