I have three distinct professional passions: 1. I LOVE growth and transformation. My passion is scaling teams and businesses and I thrive on solving problems and making things better. 2. I have the privilege and honour to be able to grow and lead teams of professionals. I take this responsibility very seriously and strive to ensure that everyone in my team and the wider business is happy, successful and transforming every single day. 3. Diversity. I have been involved with and led both internal and external Women's Networks for the last fifteen years and have been a proactive ally to other ERG's and networks. I believe that when we have true balance and cognitive diversity that the world will be a better place.
