I design apps and online platforms that are intuitive using human-centred design. I've worked with companies such as Apple, TfL, Metro Bank, HSBC, RBI, BP and many more. I'm experienced in working throughout the product development process, specialising in User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) and Service Design. I have led large digital transformation projects, driven by innovation and social trends, for businesses in financial services, agriculture, health care, pharmaceutical and transport sectors across Europe. My background in Digital Design and web development allows me to understand technical challenges and to easily communicate with developers and BAs, to aid in a wider team understanding. Experience across the product development process has resulted in developing a strong skill-set, including user research, concept development, user testing and build preparation. Great at managing relationships and communicating with key stakeholders, I get everyone aligned and on the same page whilst ensuring usability is at the forefront of what is being created.
