My desire is to assist others in discovering a new opportunity or helping those I interact with grow and harness their gifts. I love developing others and am the person you include in projects that are global, scalable, efficient and focused on the end user. I am open and interested in connecting with the community, sharing best practices, and mentoring those interested in Sourcing or Recruiting. What I'm all about: travel, family, learning, adventure / outdoor excursions and attempting to run 500 miles in 2022. What I want to do more of and currently trying to do more of: barre, meditating.
