I bring 15+ years of experience covering various roles in operations, quality, process engineering, R&D, and project management. In every role, I've brought a continuous improvement mindset enabling me to lead multiple improvement initiatives. I enjoy engaging with cross-functional partners to build consensus and bring teams along the journey to enable successful change implementation. I now am taking advantage of the opportunity to build upon my strengths as Process Operational Excellence Manager at CRB Group. I am a connector, whether connecting people to resources to execute their work more efficiently or connecting the dots in processes and data analysis. I identify the cascading impacts of changes - what appears to be a small change, usually has impacts elsewhere. I enjoy leading teams to a common goal and tackling those challenges while maintaining schedule and budget.
