I am an integral part of the Secureworks Counter Threat Unit, primarily focused on the implementation of knowledge management processes and procedures, the ingestion and management of our Threat Intelligence knowledge, and its associated quality, storage and maintenance. I lead with client experience at the forefront, and with a clear objective to support our various stakeholders needs for clear, accessible Threat Intelligence. I strive to create an inclusive, collaborative and dynamic working environment, that will lead to delighting our customers as they journey through our Secureworks services.
