In 2015, she founded Capital City Mediations, LLC, a division of CCM Consulting Associates, LLC, transforming her career landscape into a national mediation, arbitration and DEI consulting firm. Ms. Ratliff now provides mediation, arbitration and neutral analysis through JAMS worldwide. Having a wide range of subject matter expertise, Rebekah is masterful in navigating negotiation points and is an effective facilitator in the mediation process, with an understanding of dispute resolution from the perspective of the payer. Ms Ratliff has become a trusted resource for countless defense and plaintiff lawyers seeking guidance on early settlement evaluation. She is a certified minority business enterprise with NMSDC. Rebekah is the President of the Atlanta Chapter of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) and is active with other leading insurance industry organizations (CLM Alliance). Ms. Ratliff is an Advisor to the African Caribbean Insurance Network (ACIN) and a member of the Insurance Supper Club (ISC) both based in London, UK.
