If you have life, you have purpose. I have dedicated my career to celebrating people, creating lasting relationships, building leaders, and helping people unlock their purpose. My passion is to encourage, engage, and equip others to believe in the possibilities. My purpose is to help others live the lives they would if they only knew how. I am a skilled, innovative planner, facilitator, educator, and talent development professional with extensive, multifaceted experience in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities. I have a track record in maintaining strong partnerships, talent acquisition, programming, managing budgets and revenue. With a history of successfully instituting methodologies for attaining diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, I have an ability to identify, enroll, and develop talent through expert design of recruitment strategies and training programs. I drive large-scale institutional change through effective leadership, resource management, intuition, and wit. Outside of work, I volunteer for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in NYC, Lend a Hand Uganda - USA. I am a Co-Chair on the advisory board, helping to create organizational development and leading in fundraising. I had the incredible opportunity to be travel to Uganda, Africa in October 2017 to work with our two ''adopted'' schools in Kampala. The mission of this service trip was to bring sustainable learning environments to students by building fresh water wells and latrines, overseeing lunch programs, and leading community outreach programs.
